Indigo Amplification products are guaranteed to be free of defects for 5-years from the date of purchase. Limited warranty is valid for all products sold in the US & CANADA only. Outside the US please contact your local Distributor. International laws related to warranty are country specific. Warranty is extended to original owner and is non-transferrable. Tubes and Speakers are covered by a limited 90-day warranty. Please check your tubes before you call for service. They are similar to light bulbs and will wear out from time to time and require replacement. They are also sensitive to movement, shipping, etc. Many of the "service inquiries" and "technical problems" reported are tube related. Replacement tubes are affordable and it's easy to do.
International: Please contact your local Dealer/Distributor for warranty information. International laws vary from country to country. Indigo Amplification will support your local Distributor; your local Distributor will support your sale.

If you you are out of warranty and in need of repair, assistance, or replacement parts, please contact one of our regional service facilities. Please have your serial number and a copy of your sales receipt handy, and either email or call
